Dr. (Mrs.) Regina Onuoha is the Director of Human Resources and General Services at the Nigeria Police Trust Fund (NPTF), a position she has held since March 2023. With over 29 years of dedicated service in the Nigerian civil service, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to NPTF. Dr. Onuoha holds a Master’s degree in Educational Management and Planning and a PhD in Educational Management from Imo State University, Owerri.

As Director of Human Resources and General Services, she oversees staffing, training and development, general administration, and welfare of NPTF staff. Additionally, she is responsible for general services, ensuring the smooth operation of essential services that support NPTF’s functions, including transportation administration, stores and inventory administration, and facility management.

Prior to joining NPTF, Dr. Onuoha held various positions at the Lagos State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), Imo State Civil Service Commission, and National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), where she improved service quality and implemented initiatives that enhanced organizational performance and effectiveness.

Dr. Onuoha is committed to supporting the statutory mandate of the Nigeria Police Trust Fund, to contribute to the overall goals of the Nigeria Police Force, enhancing operational efficiency, improving public trust, and ensuring a safe and secure environment in Nigeria. Dr. Onuoha is passionate about human capital development, organizational growth, and opportunities for personal and community development. She is married and blessed with children.
