Mrs Gladys Odegbaro is a Director in the Federal Ministry of Justice with over 32 years seamless legal experience—including 20 years successful career in the Federal and State Civil Service working as the Director of the Solicitors Department of the Federal Ministry of Justice; Federal Prosecutor at the Department of Public Prosecutions; Legal Adviser at the Nigerian Pilgrims Commission, Abuja; and Magistrate 1 at the Lagos State Judiciary, High Court of Justice.

In addition to possessing a successful track record of excellence and proficiency in Crime & Justice System, Policy Interpretation & Analysis,       Dispute Resolution, Case Management, Prosecution, Criminal and Civil Litigation as well as a thorough understanding of the Nigerian legal and regulatory landscape, she demonstrates practical application of laws, policies and judicial precedents, and is knowledgeable in creating innovative and effective conflict management strategies to resolve technical legal issues in a timely manner.
