The newly appointed 2nd executive secretary Nigeria police trust fund Abdullahi Bala sokoto has assumed duty.

The New ES was received on arrival at the NPTF office complex by the acting ES Alhaji Yahaya Muhammed and other management staff.

Shortly after exchanging pleasantries with management staff, the new ES met with the entire staff of the intervention agency, and appealed for their maximum support and cooperation for him to succeed.

He assured the staff of his readiness to carry everybody along and called on them work diligently for the success of NPTF project.

The new Executive Secretary thanked the entire staff for the warm reception accorded him.

Earlier, the acting ES Yahaya Muhammed Alhaji briefed the new ES on the mandate of the Nigeria Police Trust Fund and it’s success story so far.

Alhaji Yahaya said the intervention agency has performed wonderfully well in equipping the police for effective service delivery.

He assured the new Executive Secretary of staff commitments for him to succeed in the task ahead.

“I assure you of the same support and cooperation we gave the pioneer Executive Secretary Alhaji Ahmed Aliyu” he added.

He urged the staff to continue to remain committed for the success of the new ES and the NPTF as a whole.
