Deputy Commissioner of Police Osifo Tony Emefile psc,fsi  is the Head, Training, Welfare and Training Institutions  Development of the Nigeria Police Trust Fund.

He hails from Igbanke, Orhiowon Local Government Area of Edo State.

The officer attended Lagos State University (LASU) Ojo Lagos, from where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A) in History in the year 1991.

He passed out as an Assistant Superintendent of Police from the prestigious Police Academy Kano in 1996 and has served in various capacities in many State Police Commands and formations in the Country.

In the course of his career, the officer has attended many Police, Strategic, Management and Security courses across the Country and beyond.

He is a member of The International Chiefs of Police (IACP) and a fellow of the National Institute For Security Studies Bwari, Abuja, F.C.T.

His hobbies include football, Tennis, Scrabble and reading.
